Run - 1.5ish hrs - 6 miles ish -3pm, hot, sunny day. Similar route to Tues evng 26th, up Cavedale, (photo is looking up first bit of Cavedale), around by farm, down old road towards Blue John cave, but then off on paths via Mam farm back to Castleton. Sluggish today. Did fair bit of walking.
