First sea swim of the year..I don't understand quite why - but I always come out feeling great! Even enough to overcome the early season freezingness and being too early on a Saturday morning. Have to say, I nearly didn't get out of bed - lay there thinking why? - got to leave house at 6.15am tomorrow for Galashiels tri - then it's back into the school rut on Monday...but it was worth it - despite the rotted sheep's head on the beach!
Could do with another run out on the new bike before tomorrow - but it aint gonna happen..got to knuckle down and write assignment for Open University course - ugh.
